There is a new croon papillon track on MySpace.
It’s called whistle and features my out-of-tune vintage Framus acoustic guitar and some whistling.
Both guitar playing and whistling are first-take improvisation including mistakes and all. I listened to the guitar track twice before I recorded the whistling.
I’ve got to get back to those recordings and do a proper composition based upon the tracks.
If you’re interested in some form of collaboration feel free to contact me.
Enjoy a peaceful autumn and take care!

Today I played and recorded an improvisation on an acoustic guitar I bought at a flea market. It’s a vintage Framus folk guitar with broken machine-heads. Since one them wouldn’t budge anymore I tuned all strings according to one.
I recorded the guitar with an Audio Technica AT2020 into the Steinberg MI4-System and added some reverb in Cubase.
You can listen to the track here: croon papillon @ MySpace.
Listen and relax to it!
